Cider Salon and Harvest Supper

The Cider Salon is your opportunity to taste a dozen or so ciders from around the country. The 2008 event will be held at the at the White Church Community Center in Old Deerfield on Saturday, November 1st from 6 - 7 PM. Glasses for tasting are $12. No admission without a glass. Need directions?

The 2008 CiderDays Harvest Supper will be held at the Blue & White Society Room in the Pocumtuck Valley Memorial Association Teacher's Building from 7 to 9 pm on Saturday, November 1st. The feast includes seasonal savory and sweet New England themed cuisine. Every year, our dinner celebrates the local fall harvest by incorporating as many local ingredients as possible.

The 2008 chef is Paul Correnty, who has graciously volunteered his services for CiderDays. He is bringing his own twist to our meal:

Autumn Vegetable Soup
Cider steamed, Grilled Turkey and Cranberry Sausage
Bean Ragout with Carrots, Onions and Herbs (vegetarian)
Cabbage and Apple Slaw with Cider Dressing
Warm Apple Crisp with Pumpkin Ice Cream

Tickets for the 2008 CiderDay Dinner are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Proceeds help fund future CiderDay events.
